In this newly defined team, an Enterprise Business Development Specialist, will be the catalyst for new growth, strategically uncovering and qualifying high-value opportunities within untapped verticals. You will engage in key prospects and build a robust pipeline, serving as the crucial link between marketing initiatives and the Enterprise Sales Team. Your work will be instrumental in executing a land-and-expand strategy, optimizing our sales funnel, establishing lasting client relationships, and building this new business segment from the ground up. This high-impact position places you at the forefront of our expansion into the Automotive/Discrete Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibility:
Entrepreneurial Hustle & Adaptable: help shape how we work
Strategic Prospecting: identify and conduct in-depth research on target accounts within key Enterprise Processing verticals
Generating and Qualifying Leads: initiate contact and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach
Collaborative Account Support: partner closely with Senior Enterprise Sales Executives and Solution Consultants
Market Awareness: cultivate a deep understanding of the industry landscape and key client personas
Innovative Outreach: design and execute creative, multi-touch campaigns
Pipeline Optimization: meticulously maintain and manage prospect data in our CRM (HubSpot)
Team Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Market Intelligence, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within an Enterprise SaaS or technology environment
Familiarity with Automotive/Manufacture industry or digital transformation, particularly in facility or factory digitalization
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage high-level decision-makers
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about working with cross-functional teams
Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English
