This is your opportunity to claim a newly defined role within NavVis' scaling up strategy and be a pivotal driver of our expansion within the enterprise sector. In this newly defined team, an Enterprise Business Development Specialist, will be the catalyst for new growth, strategically uncovering and qualifying high-value opportunities within untapped verticals. You will engage in key prospects and build a robust pipeline, serving as the crucial link between marketing initiatives and the Enterprise Sales Team. Your work will be instrumental in executing a land-and-expand strategy, optimizing our sales funnel, establishing lasting client relationships, and building this new business segment from the ground up. This high-impact position places you at the forefront of our expansion into the Automotive/Discrete Manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within an Enterprise SaaS or technology environment
  • Familiarity with Automotive/Manufacture industry or digital transformation, particularly in facility or factory digitalization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage high-level decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about working with cross-functional teams
  • Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English
  • Based in Germany
