Lead the expansion plans for overseas target markets and develop operation strategies for the region, including market positioning, channel layout, and paths of growth
Analyze competitor dynamics and user behavior to optimize product localization solutions
Responsible for project management related to regional business planning and accountable for final outcomes
This includes but is not limited to company and offline store projects, as well as internal company operation optimization projects
Build and maintain regional operation management, coordinating e-commerce platforms, subsidiaries, offline stores, and channel business operations
Oversee the overall regional operation status, establish a core indicator monitoring system, and iterate operation strategies through data analysis
Ensure the business complies with local regulations and establish contingency plans to address supply chain and policy risks
Coordinate with product, design, and marketing teams to drive cross-departmental collaboration and implement regional projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in Marketing, International Trade, Foreign Languages, Finance, or Management
Over 5 years of overseas market operation experience
Background in designer toys, cultural & creative industries, or FMCG is a plus
Experience in building a market from 0 to 1 is a plus
Project management experience required
English can be used as a working language
