We are looking for a Business Development Sourcing Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, building relationships, and driving new business in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in generating new opportunities by connecting with decision-makers, identifying staffing needs, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. You’ll work closely with the account management team to transition opportunities and support the overall sales process.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and establish relationships with decision-makers such as medical directors, practice managers, HR leaders, and credentialing teams
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities based on experience in the field
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate staffing needs and timelines for healthcare facilities
Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to match candidates with client requirements
Document and track activities, leads, and opportunities using tools like Salesforce or Bullhorn
Monitor industry trends, specialty demands, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market
Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure successful transitions to account management teams
Meet or exceed sourcing and pipeline generation targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field)
1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or healthcare staffing (locum tenens experience strongly preferred)
Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (HubSpot preferred)
