Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth targets
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial and infrastructure lighting projects
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand
  • Oversee proposal development, bidding processes, and tender submissions
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet technical and profitability standards
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical requirements
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, product improvements, and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related major from a reputable university
  • 2-4 or 5-7 years of experience in a B2B engineering field
  • Proven expertise in leading sales teams and delivering results in a B2B project-based environment
  • Has Relationship with Electrical or Architecture Consultants (is a must)
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
