We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team to support the market expansion of AirSENCE.
Job Responsibility:
Identify new sales opportunities across different customer segments through various prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting and cold calling
Build a robust pipeline of potential leads by proactively working on outbound and inbound leads
Qualify leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing or LinkedIn outreach and arrange meetings
Successfully launch, manage, and track marketing campaigns to create new leads
Effectively understand and communicate the value proposition of AUG’s products, particularly AirSENCE, to prospects. Continuously enhance product knowledge and become a domain expert
Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification. Nurture relationships with potential customers and distributors across different markets
Analyze opportunity requirements, prepare responses for proposals, and create customer-specific presentations and other sales collateral
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience (B2B or B2G sectors preferred)
Demonstrable and proven track record of success in achieving sales quota, initiating account growth, and closing large deals
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and high-achieving with excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and consultative selling skills
Experience working with cross-functional team members, including Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, Research Scientists and C-level Executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on writing email scripts and outreach sequences
Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
proactive in seeking clarification
Ability to keep up to date on industry news, trends, competitors, and target markets
Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment and working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Proven record in international sales, i.e. develop leads and finalize sales
Nice to have:
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce)
