You’ll be the driving force behind Encord’s future growth, owning the top of the funnel and helping convert opportunities into revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll master outbound strategy, develop a deep understanding of our product and customers, and play a key role in how we scale our GTM engine.
Job Responsibility:
Pipeline Generation: Strategically identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects across priority verticals and regions
Own multi-channel outreach
Craft messaging that resonates with technical and commercial buyers
Consistently create high-quality opportunities that fuel sales pipeline
Work closely with Growth and Sales to test campaigns, refine targeting, and set the standard for excellence in outbound execution
Mid-Funnel Support: Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through evaluation
Help shape business cases
Coordinate follow-ups
Support demos and trials
Ensure prospects have a seamless experience from first contact through to close
Requirements:
Up to a year of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with some exposure to outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or client engagement
Strong communication and organisation skills
Demonstrated resilience, commercial thinking, and ability to perform under pressure
Drive and determination shown through internships, part-time work, sport, or leadership in societies and extracurricular activities (for graduates)
Ambition and willingness to roll up sleeves
Thrives in collaborative environments
Entrepreneurial spirit
Intelligent and can engage with technical intricacies
Desire to grow within the company
Consistent top percentile performance in education, business, sport, or sales
