This role is your gateway into our dynamic sales academy, where we nurture young graduates and new starters, guiding them step-by-step to become seasoned Client Managers.
Job Responsibility
80% lead generation
10% Conduct research to identify new markets/contacts and customer needs.
10% sales education: you will be part of the sales academy where you get to learn how to be a successful sales, get to understand our portfolio and all the skills needed to be successful in your future role
You’ll handle a mix of hot and cold leads coming through various marketing channels and tools (website, marketplaces, inbound calls, hunting tools), qualifying them via phone and email communication.
You’ll engage in conversations with prospects to fully warm them up to the company’s model and determine which leads fit best.
Once a match is made between the prospect and the company, you’ll hand them over to the sales team. You’ll work closely with them to help find new projects and open new doors.
You’ll conduct research on our target client based, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods

Requirements
You are autonomous, organised, punctual and have a sense of responsibility.
You hold passion, initiative, respect, and professionalism in high regard.
You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong, and persistent.
You are a team player, driven to achieve results.
You have initial experience with B2B communication, customer/relationship management, and pipeline management.
You have at least 6 months of work experience, preferably in a sales-related role.
Knowledge of IT is a plus.
Experience in cold calling, hunting & prospecting is a plus.
Experience as an SDR/BDR is a bonus.
Experience with CRM tool SFDC is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French complemented by a good knowledge of English.
You want to grow into an external sales position within a maximum of 3 years
