We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales development team. As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. This is an excellent position for someone looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales within a growing company.
Job Responsibility:
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, SMS and other channels
Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE
Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases
Work closely with the AEs to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career
Requirements:
Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day minimum)
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Urgent enthusiasm to learn and excel in your career
Nice to have:
Previous experience selling to service-based businesses or field service management software
Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses
Experience selling for subscription-based SaaS businesses
“Never give up” positive attitude and ability to engage customers on the phone
Familiarity with route optimization, scheduling, or service management software
