Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and execute structured and highly prioritised outbound campaigns specifically targeting key accounts within the Enterprise segment
Maintain a rigorous sales development structure, utilizing cold calling, personalised email, and social selling to consistently generate new business and exceed metrics
Apply critical thinking to deeply analyse customer needs and align them with New Relic's complex observability solutions
Partner closely with dedicated Enterprise Account Executives to research target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies
Maintain consistent communication and disciplined follow-up to nurture and grow your prospect pipeline effectively
Requirements:
Proven, successful experience in a similar sales development or prospecting role, with a strong focus on outbound campaign generation and execution
The ability to demonstrate a high degree of sales development rigour and structure, including effective pipeline management and prioritisation
The determination to thrive in a high-paced, goal-oriented environment and the willingness to make daily outbound cold calls as a primary function of your role
A willingness to work closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the sales organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently and credibly with prospects at the enterprise level
An interest in understanding technical solutions and a customer-focused mindset, ideally with prior exposure to SaaS or technology sales
Nice to have:
A track record of success in creating and managing multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns
Direct experience selling into the Enterprise Customer space
Familiarity with the full suite of modern sales engagement tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, and advanced sequencing platforms
