Job Description:

360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the French mid-market team. The role involves generating opportunities from top priority accounts by developing personalized outreach strategies, detecting customer pain points, and pitching the 360Learning value proposition.

Job Responsibility:

Create and qualify cold outbound leads and contact potential customers through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn
Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help
Evangelize collaborative learning in the market and pitch the 360Learning value proposition
Define common strategy of approach with Account Executives and Key Account Managers
Build strategic account-based outreach strategies to engage buyer persona
Detect & share opportunities to improve outbound processes
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings

Requirements:

Previous experience of at least 9-12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environment
Previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Passion for learning and education
Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft and Gong
Master's degree in a related field is a bonus
