We're building out a Business Development Representative (BDR) team to bring Stedi's outbound efforts to the next level. We're looking to hire someone who is as comfortable writing a high-performing outbound email as they are picking up the phone or experimenting with a new campaign format. You know how to combine persistence, good judgment, and creative messaging to get in front of the right people.
Job Responsibility:
Generate net new deals through outbound
Define strategy, write copy, build workflows, and measure results
Work closely with sales and GTM ops to identify target accounts and test campaigns
Design and iterate on outbound campaigns balancing automation with high-touch motions across email, phone, LinkedIn
Execute outbound strategies based on ideal customer profile
Run personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns
Own end-to-end campaign execution from list building to reporting
Manage tools for scaling outbound
Run experiments to generate meetings and deals
Track performance and refine approach using data, automation, and AI
Requirements:
Experience in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing, sales operations, or related roles
B2B SaaS expertise
Proficient in using AI tools for copywriting, research, and workflow automation
Comfortable working with data enrichment tools and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Hubspot)
Data-first thinker with experience analyzing outreach performance and running A/B tests
