Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ADVANCE, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline. Your main responsibilities will include: Researching prospects: Identify potential clients by researching industries. Generating Leads: Create and maintain a list of potential leads. Establishing relationships: Convert initial contacts into warm leads by effectively communicating how Advance can address different industries challenges and pain points. Collaborating: Work closely with the Marketing, Research, and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed research to identify and prioritize potential clients
  • Build and update a comprehensive list of leads
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to turn them into warm leads
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to align on lead generation strategies
  • Coordinate with Sales Account Executives to hand off qualified leads for further follow-up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
