Becoming an Apple Certified partner for Apple Ads this year means we’re entering our fast growth stage and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team! Based in the Tokyo office, this position will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, in Brussels. You will be instrumental in our Japan & South-East Asian region expansion by generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales efforts through strategic outreach.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify leads for Japanese and South-East Asian markets: Identify and engage with potential customers through email, social media and phone to create new business opportunities
Qualify leads and guide them through the sales pipeline
Develop a deep understanding of AppTweak’s offerings, including App Store Optimization, the competitive landscape, and internal tools
Schedule and conduct initial meetings and product demos for qualified leads
Collaborate and strategize: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies
Align with marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and campaign execution
Contribute to the creation and promotion of specific case studies, testimonials, and strategic content for events and webinars
Drive engagement and awareness: Represent AppTweak at major mobile marketing conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness
Engage with C-level and senior executives in the mobile and gaming industries to foster relationships and promote AppTweak’s reputation
Support and contribute to organizing mobile marketing related events, and leverage webinars to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese
Intermediate level in English
Bachelor’s in Business, Communication, Marketing, or any relevant field
Preferably 6 month of successful Sales experience, or equivalent (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, etc.)
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
Excellent time management and organizational skills in autonomy
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and passionate for developing a career in technology sales
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Valid visa/work permit in Japan
Nice to have:
Experience in Mobile or SaaS-based companies or digital marketing industry
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales engagement tools
Experience in digital marketing or analytics
Proven experience in a sales or BDR function
