We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Bucharest. You will play a pivotal role in converting inbound leads into long-term customers by engaging with users who have already shown interest in our cybersecurity solution — whether through free trials, demo requests, or inquiries. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to qualify leads, nurture relationships, and ensure that customers understand how Pentest-Tools.com can meet their security needs. This is an impactful and high-growth role, perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a technical domain.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with inbound leads (free trial users, demo requests, content downloads) via email, chat, and video calls
Qualify and prioritize leads based on business needs, company size, and potential value
Convert warm leads into paying customers by understanding their security challenges and offering tailored solutions
Manage and track leads in HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy
Act as a trusted advisor, educating potential customers on penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security testing
Provide product demonstrations, explaining how Pentest-Tools.com aligns with security needs and compliance requirements
Address objections effectively, demonstrating how our tools can integrate with existing security workflows
Assist in renewals and expansion opportunities, identifying additional needs within existing customer accounts
Work with the marketing team to refine inbound lead-generation strategies and content alignment
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on common customer pain points and feature requests
Continuously refine sales processes, leveraging data and automation for efficient follow-ups and lead nurturing
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity company
Proven track record of converting inbound leads into paying customers
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and customer engagement strategies
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage and track pipeline activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to have:
Prior experience in cybersecurity (familiarity with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security testing methodologies)
Technical aptitude – ability to grasp cybersecurity concepts and explain them in simple terms
Familiarity with lead scoring and automation tools for streamlining outreach efforts
