WHOOP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a crucial role in expanding the presence of WHOOP with enterprise customers throughout the GCC and adjacent regions. Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals within private and public institutions
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and finance teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate enterprise accounts effectively
Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and pain points of customers and tailor solutions accordingly
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, providing insights on how WHOOP can enhance their performance and well-being initiatives
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements relevant to our target segments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Must have native or near-native fluency in Arabic
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or equivalent
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve sales targets
