As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline for HiveWatch’s enterprise sales team. You will engage with physical security leaders at large organizations, introduce them to HiveWatch’s AI-powered platform, and create high-quality opportunities for the team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to enterprise SaaS, complex sales motions, and clear advancement opportunities into an Account Executive role over time.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect into target enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees using outbound email, phone, LinkedIn and other creative outreach strategies
Identify and engage key stakeholders including GSOC directors, physical security leaders, and risk management executives
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and buying potential
Book qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently track outreach, activity, and pipeline metrics
Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and messaging
Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and enablement guidance
Requirements:
1+ years experience in a sales, BDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort speaking with senior leaders and navigating professional conversations
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
Interest in enterprise SaaS, AI, or security technology
