Job Responsibility:

  • Source small business partners across Dubai/UAE via outbound outreach, cold calling, and consultative selling
  • Close deals that set merchants up for success—guiding them from inquiry to impact
  • Develop deep understanding of merchant revenue models, audiences, and goals
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts with confidence to maximize mutual benefit
  • Hit and exceed your sales and revenue targets
  • Partner with Merchant Development teams to ensure a smooth handoff and ongoing strategy
  • Grow the merchant portfolio—focusing on both scale and quality

Requirements:

  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Have 2–3 years of sales experience (inside, B2B, or territory sales)
  • Know how to pitch, negotiate, and close consistently
  • Have experience managing small accounts with drive and insight
  • Are a natural listener, persistent communicator, and an instinctual closer
  • Thrive under pressure, adapt on your feet, and embrace feedback and growth

Nice to have:

  • Chinese and Russian would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (a plus!)
