We are looking for a proactive and result driven Inside Sales Associate who can engage with potential customers through outbound calling, generate and qualify leads, and schedule face-to-face meetings for the field sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, customer interaction, lead generation, and driving sales conversations.

Requirements
Experience in inside sales, tele calling, outbound sales, or lead generation roles preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages preferred
Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers
Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
Should be proficient in English and Hindi
Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage.
