We’re building out our Go-To-Market team, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling PERSUIT’s growth. You’ll partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organization. This role is based in our New York City office and requires a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite as part of our hybrid schedule.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
Drive outbound contact to book meetings with target personas
Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and schedule meetings
Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up in our CRM
Continuously learn about PERSUIT’s product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly driven, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
Nice to have:
Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video, phone cadencing
A background in legal or legal tech
Prior experience selling into legal, procurement, or professional services teams
A track record of exceeding targets in a previous role
