Job Responsibility:
Represent KP Staffing professionally to prospective clients within your assigned territory
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow-up activities
Complete daily sales visits to businesses in your territory to introduce staffing solutions and explore partnership opportunities
Make outbound phone calls to both cold and warm leads to generate new business and nurture existing connections
Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to expand your network and increase visibility
Attend team meetings, client presentations, industry events, and sales training to stay aligned with goals and best practices
Track all sales activities, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM to maintain accurate client records
Collaborate with internal recruiters and branch leadership to support fulfillment needs and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with key decision-makers and understanding their workforce needs
Achieve personal and team activity targets, revenue goals, and profitability benchmarks
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory performance updates for leadership
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to create long-term, repeat business
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience is preferred, especially in service-based or staffing industries, but not required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person sales visits daily
Computer literacy required
CRM experience preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client needs
Must have a reliable vehicle for daily travel within your assigned territory
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude when representing KP Staffing to the community
