The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for researching and qualifying prospects, warming leads through strategic outreach, and setting needs assessment meetings for the acquisition sales team with the goal of generating new business-to-business commercial card opportunities for the largest and most strategic prospects in U.S. markets. Each BDR will support multiple sellers across a variety of territories/states.
Job Responsibility:
Research prioritized accounts to determine lead viability, firmographic information, latest company news, and critical decision makers / influencers
Leverage account insights and approved communication channels to effectively contact identified decision makers/influencers within prioritized and validated leads, ultimately scheduling sales appointments with prospects when appropriate to generate sales opportunities in pipeline
Maintain a strategic, healthy pipeline of quality opportunities
Participate in strategic sales outreach in alignment with compliance and internal partner business requirements while adhering to governance and compliance policies
Achieve targets for appointment-setting and adding qualified opportunities to sales pipeline
Collaborate with multiple partners to provide insight, identify gaps, and improve strategy and processes
Use experience, diverse background, and skillset to better the team and the organization every day

Requirements:
Proven track record of acquiring, growing and maintaining business relationships
