We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team at SellCord. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with experience in outbound sales who is eager to develop their career in business development. This individual will focus on high-volume outreach through calls, SMS, and email campaigns to generate interest, qualify leads, and support pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, SMS campaigns, and email outreach
Follow structured scripts and messaging guidelines while maintaining natural and engaging conversations
Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach and follow-up on marketing-generated or event-based leads
Drive attendance and interest for company events, including Lunch & Learn sessions and other marketing initiatives
Track all outreach activity, lead status, and follow-ups accurately within CRM systems
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are required
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging prospects over phone, SMS, and email
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Coachability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and sales techniques
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
