We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Representative for a remote sales role focused on outbound lead generation and client acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience within a marketing agency or similar environment who understands digital marketing services and can confidently engage decision-makers.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
Book high-quality meetings for senior sales team members or Account Executives
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data
Research target markets, industries, and companies to personalize outreach
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or sales representative within a marketing agency, digital agency, or similar industry
Strong understanding of marketing services such as SEO, PPC, paid ads, or content marketing
Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Self-motivated, organized, and highly proactive
Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets) is a strong advantage
