As part of their growing sales team in Singapore, we're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outreach and pipeline generation for their B2B marketing and customer experience solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales development professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and is eager to break into enterprise SaaS sales. You’ll be helping mid-to-large businesses across APAC understand how cloud-based marketing, analytics, and content solutions can transform their digital customer journeys. THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO EXTENSION/CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
Research key accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and progress in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and campaigns
Stay current on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate value to prospects
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (preferably in tech or SaaS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a hunger to succeed
Resilient, coachable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales preferred
