We are looking for a high-energy, relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to own our outbound lead funnel. This is a “Phone Warrior” position—success is measured by your ability to pick up the phone, call every lead, and bring high-quality opportunities to the table. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for breaking through the noise and setting the stage for our sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Aggressive Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to identify and engage potential enterprise clients
Lead Qualification: Vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Zoho CRM Management: Maintain real-time, meticulous records of all calls, follow-ups, and lead statuses within Zoho CRM
Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Utilize Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) to manage communications, schedule meetings, and report on activity
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and turn cold leads into warm opportunities by articulating Wagento’s unique value proposition
Performance Driven: Consistently meet or exceed daily activity targets (dials/emails) and monthly meeting-set quota
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in high-volume outbound sales or business development (SaaS or Agency experience preferred)
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional written and spoken English language skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools (ZOHO, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
