We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue team and help us expand Filigran’s footprint across the North America region. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify new enterprise opportunities — fueling our growth by connecting security leaders with Filigran’s open-source and commercial solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, research, and engage potential enterprise customers across the NA region
Proactively generate outbound opportunities through targeted outreach
Build relationships with CISOs, security engineers, and threat intelligence professionals
Qualify prospects through outreach (phone calls, emails, social media) and structured lead scoring to ensure strong fit and intent
Collaborate with Account Executives to book and hand off high-quality meetings that lead to new revenue
Maintain accurate and organized activity tracking within HubSpot
Partner with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and regional strategies
Represent Filigran at virtual and regional industry events to expand awareness and engagement
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software
Track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple cultures and time zones
Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Nice to have:
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
Experience engaging enterprise customers in the LATAM market or cybersecurity domain knowledge
