You will play a key role in RentalReady’s growth by helping us expand the UK market. Your main objective will be to generate qualified demo opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and smart targeting. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and turning initial conversations into high-quality meetings.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and build targeted prospect lists (with marketing support)
Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Engage prospects and qualify their needs
Generate qualified demo opportunities for the sales team
Book high-quality demos for Account Executives
Ensure prospects are well-qualified before handing over
Follow up persistently to maximize conversion rates
Run product demos for smaller opportunities when relevant
Help move deals forward in collaboration with the sales team
Maintain a clean and structured pipeline in HubSpot
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to improve targeting and messaging
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
Strong willingness to do high-volume cold outreach (especially phone)
Comfortable making calls daily and handling rejection
Ability to generate pipeline, not just manage inbound leads
Strong qualification skills (understand quickly if a prospect is a good fit)
Structured and disciplined with CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
Experience in short-term rentals / hospitality is a plus, not mandatory
