We're looking for a Business Development Representative.In this role, you will be responsible for new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To thrive in this role, you should be self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and an excellent communicator. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily-available executive team to help close deals. This is a high TCV opportunity with uncapped commission and a competitive salary. Important note: This role is based in Madrid. Relocation may be provided. This is not a 100% remote role.
Job Responsibility
Opening doors with target accounts, creating meaningful first conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team
Taking primary ownership of named account strategy and communicating effectively with all levels and key decision makers
Building strong relationships with internal and external customers and delivering presentations
Coordinating meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
Demonstrating knowledgeable understanding of offerings to answer questions and make recommendations
Working collaboratively with other OneTrust employees to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Requirements
At least 1 salesexperience
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications) or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience meeting monthly, quarterly and annual goals and reviewing own work for thoroughness, quality and accuracy
Nice to have
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred
