As a member of a team of 8 BDRs split between France and the USA, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing marketing qualified leads. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, qualifying their needs, and collaborating with internal and external resources in order to grow revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation: Work from various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking and events to identify potential leads
Qualification and Discovery: Conduct research to understand prospect's industry, pain points, and business needs
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Sales Outreach: Execute strategic inbound and outbound sales activities to engage prospects
Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes
Requirements:
Strong German fluency
Previous experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role
Familiarity with automation tools to build and manage multi-step outreach campaigns
Cold calling experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to overcome adversity
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Ability to Travel: Approximately 20%
Reasonable English fluency
