As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Daxko, you’ll be the first touchpoint for potential customers — sparking interest, uncovering needs, and helping organizations discover how our software can transform their business. You’ll partner closely with our Account Executives to qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations, playing a key role in driving Daxko’s growth and success. Job Responsibility:
Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy
Resilient and goal-driven
A team-player mindset
Nice to have:
1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus
