We are looking for a passionate B2B BDR with a solid track record. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious team, ready to take ownership and make a direct impact on our customer growth. Starhive is an enterprise-grade SaaS platform with advanced capabilities that tackles a wide range of business challenges across various domains. This role is focused on sales activities towards IT teams in Europe within various industries. As a BDR, you will be highly involved in scaling our customer base.
Job Responsibility:
Engage in direct prospect-facing sales activities, including outbound prospecting and lead generation
Identify and research potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
Craft personalised outreach using email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Drive customer meetings, from initial prospecting to closing
Track all interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Channel teams to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to generating opportunities and leads
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions
Strong background in consultative selling—skilled at actively listening, understanding prospect needs, and co-creating solutions
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with proven success
Successful experience driving net new business, along with upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
Based in the Stockholm area
