Job Description:

Come grow with Supermetrics! We’re seeking a proactive, high-energy BDR to help us expand across the UKI region. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and wider Sales team to build a pipeline, engage new business, and move prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work primarily with the UKI, identifying and engaging potential customers to generate qualified opportunities for our Sales team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and optimize outreach cadence
  • Learn rapidly — about our product, market, and competitive landscape — and use that knowledge to tailor your outreach and improve responses
  • Grow personally and professionally, with the possibility of stepping into an Account Executive or intermediate role as you attain performance targets
  • Research target companies and buyer personas to build prospect lists matching our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate meetings & qualified leads for AEs
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand pain points, etc., and qualify leads (e.g., current situation, urgency, product fit, decisionmaker/process, risk factors)
  • Coordinate handoffs to Account Executives with clean, well-documented information
  • Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) hygiene: track activity, update contact data, log interactions, and report progress against metrics

Requirements:

  • History of accomplishing activity and outreach requirements (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and setting targets
  • Proficient verbal & written communication skills
  • ability to engage prospects over phone, email, and social with clarity and persuasion
  • Comfortable with cold outreach/rejection
  • persistence, resilience, self-motivation
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail — especially for managing follow-ups, data in CRM, and scheduling
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Methodological approach: track and measure your performance
  • iterate based on what works
  • Good teamwork, coachability: you enjoy learning, giving and receiving feedback, working with others to improve
  • Fluent in English
What we offer:
  • Compensation package that includes a solid fixed salary along with performance-based incentives
  • Equity / stock-option participation
  • Modern Apple suite for daily work (MacBook, AirPods)
  • Health care and leisure-time insurance (where applicable by location)
  • Training & development programs to help you build sales skills, product & industry knowledge
  • Sports & Wellbeing Allowance
  • Regular social & team events
  • A structured career advancement: individuals can move up to Account Executive or take on leadership positions
