Requirements:
Advanced Spanish speaker with intermediate English (B1+)
Proven success in sales, ideally in inside sales via phone, email, or social selling
Target-driven, experienced working with KPIs and sales quotas
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales instincts
Excellent listening and communication skills
Resilient, diligent, and persistent in the face of challenges
Not afraid of tough conversations with prospects or clients
