Job Responsibility:
Manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM (MS Dynamics) and maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure long-term loyalty
Identify new opportunities using lead generation tools and marketing data to expand the company’s regional footprint
Adhere to a strict 24-hour follow-up policy for all quotes and inquiries to maintain high service standards
Participate in complex bid reviews and work closely with internal construction, legal, and admin teams to deliver market-competitive solutions
Requirements:
At least 4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
High computer literacy (MS Office)
Experience in CRM systems like MS Dynamics being a significant advantage
A strong focus on Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and a commitment to prompt, professional service
