Job Responsibility:
Execute prospecting campaigns and use tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator to identify and qualify new leads
Present solutions to prospects, manage the sales process via the BANT framework, and achieve targets for new business, upselling, and cross-selling
Support sales campaigns, resolve basic technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize account strategies
Track opportunities, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and qualify leads for a seamless handoff to the field sales team
Analyze campaign results, attend product training, and coordinate with experts to refine outreach and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred)
2 -3+ years in IT Sales with a strong background in various sales motions or sales/marketing operations
Native or Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
