Workday is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our expanding DACH team in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospects for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts executive team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.
Job Responsibility:
Apply consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
use effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions
educate the market on our technology and applications
help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies
Requirements:
Advanced language skills in English plus fluent German
1 years of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting or internships
Nice to have:
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
