This is a talent pipeline posting for future Business Development Representative, Enterprise roles on the Enterprise Sales team in Austin. It is not tied to an active opening. The role involves contributing to the digital safety of millions, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Job Responsibility:
Focus primarily on generating qualified outbound pipeline, while also handling inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and video
Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects in new and existing Commercial accounts, facilitating smooth introductions to our Sales teams for further engagement
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives and others to leverage their insights and expertise to achieve shared goals
Build and improve your skills in pipeline generation, crucial for your career progression within sales
Deepen your understanding of our product, its use cases, and any company initiatives through our onboarding programme and Learning Management System
Utilise an industry-leading software stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn, to optimise your workflow and enhance productivity
You may occasionally be required to travel for company meetings and marketing events
You will try new things—if something isn’t working, you’ll be encouraged to be creative and to try new tactics and strategies
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively both internally and externally
Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles where communication and relationship-building skills were essential
Motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets
Value teamwork, have experience collaboration with Account Executives, and actively engage in knowledge sharing and celebrating team successes
Embrace feedback, continuously seeking learning opportunities, and are committed to growing within the Sales organisation
Naturally curious, quick to adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment
Comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools, and eager to learn new technologies
Strong organisation and time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks effectively
