Job Description

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to ensure EMEA builds strong opportunities in key target accounts. Your responsibilities will include outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging as well as qualifying leads to start high quality conversations for your AEs. This is a full-time position based out of our London office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Job Responsibility

  • Outbound into Enterprise Accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees
  • Build account plans with your Account Executive
  • Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools
  • Be able to articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals
  • Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs as well as being comfortable balancing your time & competing priorities

Requirements

  • Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance
  • Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems
  • Able to convey technical principles in a way that is easy to understand
  • Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, email and meeting targets
  • Intrinsically motivated person with a 'get stuck in' attitude
  • Fluency in Spanish/Italian

  • DTT Deployment Plan (OCPMS and Integrations to OCPMS) + Execution: Partners with Director and the Global DTT team to develop OCPMS deployment plan for CALA properties. Drives engagement of continent subject matter experts during change impact assessments. Partners with the Global DTT team, Global Technology and Global Operations to execute the plan and related deliverables to drive the completion of milestone tasks and overall requirements. Partners closely with the Business Process, Deployment and L+D teams
  • DTT Technology Measurement + Analytics: Directs the day-to-day Technology readiness and Technology adoption activities for OCPMS, including scorecards and appropriate forums. Partners closely with the deployment team to develop reports for key MI leaders on readiness pre-cutover and the progress of adoption and highlighting Technology challenges after cutover (e.g., fatigue, confusion, lack of alignment, etc.)
