Programming your content, editing statistical reports, calculating the ROI of the social media strategy and interacting with the audience and the team from a single platform for all social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business and TikTok.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source, qualify and contact potential customers aligned with our best customer ICPs
  • Daily outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media
  • Utilise social media to identify, target, and engage prospective customers and develop leads
  • Qualify and develop leads from Marketing campaigns
  • Conduct high-level conversations with social media managers, community managers and Marketing leaders
  • Arrange meetings to qualify for problems to be solved to generate your target SQOs each month
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity metrics: phone calls, emails and social media outreach activities, pipeline development, and qualified opportunity quota goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to research accounts, identify key players, and develop scripts and messages
  • Track progress towards meeting quota with Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Master product knowledge
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience creating outbound pipeline
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong work ethic with the confidence to work autonomously
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Fluent in English
