We are growing exponentially, and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us dominate the Northern Eastern European market. As a BDR, you aren’t just making calls; you’re the engine of our growth. You will work side-by-side with Account Executives to source new opportunities, craft innovative outreach strategies, and build deep partnerships across the region. We need a self-starter who thrives on the "hustle" and relishes a team environment of natural problem-solvers. Job Responsibility:
Generate Pipeline: Drive revenue growth through aggressive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling
Target Growth: Identify high-potential business opportunities and navigate complex organizations to find the right decision-makers
Crush Targets: Meet and exceed assigned activity and pipeline creation KPIs consistently
Innovate Outreach: Bring a fresh, customer-oriented mindset to prospecting—thinking outside the box to secure meetings with Mid-Market leads
Strategic Alignment: Partner with Account Executives to iterate on prioritization models, internal tools, and prospecting workflows
Full-Spectrum Communication: Master the art of the pitch via phone, email, video conferencing, and occasionally in-person interactions
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ months of B2B sales or business development experience (highly preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Execution: A history of consistently exceeding activity targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Language: Fluent Polish and English
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead mutually beneficial conversations with executive prospects
Skillset: Proficiency in building and managing multi-channel email sequences and managing your own time/projects with precision
Nice to have:
Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of outbound success using cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with the modern sales stack, specifically Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Groove
