Job Responsibility

  • Drive new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Build and grow client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Source and recruit top talent (marketing, graphic design, UX/UI, digital) using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen and interview candidates, then match them to client opportunities
  • Partner with clients to define roles, hiring strategy, and move from intake to placement
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while building long-term partnerships
  • Leverage tools and AI (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, internal systems) to drive pipeline and identify top talent
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, recruiting, account management, or marketing (e.g., Business Development Manager, Recruiter, Account Executive, SDR)
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or exposure to marketing, creative, or digital environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts
  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Business preferred)
