Job Responsibility
Drive new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Build and grow client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions
Source and recruit top talent (marketing, graphic design, UX/UI, digital) using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen and interview candidates, then match them to client opportunities
Partner with clients to define roles, hiring strategy, and move from intake to placement
Negotiate contracts and close deals while building long-term partnerships
Leverage tools and AI (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, internal systems) to drive pipeline and identify top talent
Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, recruiting, account management, or marketing (e.g., Business Development Manager, Recruiter, Account Executive, SDR)
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or exposure to marketing, creative, or digital environments (preferred)
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Business preferred)
Nice to have
Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus
