Job Responsibility

  • Assist in identification and development of new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise
  • Support AE and production team in tactical new business pipeline management
  • Lead sales meetings that promote team collaboration on opportunities
  • Establish and oversee Kansas City strategic business development plan
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Coordinate/attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build relationships and promote Aon within the Kansas City market
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of presentations on Aon products and services
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes
  • Attend and represent Missouri at RSD meetings along with Leadership
  • Co-lead & report on regional sales initiatives as they roll out
