Keolis operates public transport networks worldwide. To support the growth of its International Division, the Commercial & Business Development team based in Paris is strengthening its organization with the creation of a BD Operations Lead role. This position is central to structuring and optimizing business development activities through CRM management, lead generation, data analysis, and coordination of marketing and communication tools. The BD Operations Lead enables the efficiency and performance of the Business Development team by structuring commercial processes, ensuring data quality, and providing actionable insights. The role combines operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with business developers, IT, communications, marketing, engineering teams, and international subsidiaries.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and continuously improve the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (KeoGO)
Ensure data quality, user adoption, and consistency across the BD team
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent)
Leverage AI tools to analyze data and support client and partner preparation
Contribute to pipeline reviews and performance tracking
Identify and structure new business opportunities through market research and CRM insights
Conduct market and competitive analysis in mobility and infrastructure sectors
Monitor trends, innovations, and emerging markets to support strategic decision-making
Support country analyses and contribute to BD strategy updates
Produce BD reports, dashboards, and workload planning tools
Coordinate CRM-based communication campaigns and client outreach
Support the organization of industry events, conferences, and client visits
Maintain and structure marketing and bid collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, white papers)
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management within SharePoint (KeoBid)
Act as a key interface between BD, IT, communications, and marketing teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BD tools, processes, and digital practices
Support internal and external communication initiatives when relevant
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent
7–12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in BD operations, CRM, or marketing operations
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), reporting tools, and AI-enabled solutions
Ability to work autonomously in a matrix and international environment
