Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans, consolidated price offerings and business models tailored to various segments and locations for our Hospital Network market
Identify and evaluate potential partners, projects, and strategic alliances with hospitals, nephrologist groups, and other key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact for our Hospital Network Accounts
Lead the full expansion cycle, from lead generation to deal closing. While tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operations, marketing, and technical teams
Channel full FME Ecosystem offering, by consolidating proposals from our In-Center, Home (PD) and Critical Care teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Medical, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry with strong knowledge of the overall renal market
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and executing expansion initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Experienced in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously and able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office
Willing to travel as needed, and must hold a valid driver's license
Unquestionable commitment to drive results, integrity, adaptability and resilience
