Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across LATAM
Scale Power Brands (Vaseline, Dove, and more) using innovative, data-driven strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT to deliver seamless execution
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to unlock growth
Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external partners
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, ideally in FMCG
Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and consumer dynamics
Commercial acumen: P&L, pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish
