Job Responsibility:
Generate leads and cultivate a robust pipeline of B2B clients within the corporate interiors space
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with leading Architects and Designers, PMC's, and Facility Managers
Effectively service existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering continued business
Present and sell high-end contract furniture, carpets, and related interior products, highlighting their value and benefits
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Proven expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in selling high-end contract furniture, carpets, or related interior products
A track record of successfully meeting sales targets in a competitive environment
Existing, strong relationships with PMC's, the A&D community, and corporate clients are essential
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
