Job Description:

HDF Energy is a leading global player in the hydrogen industry, developing large-scale hydrogen production, power plants, and cutting-edge fuel cell technology. After the successful launch of projects worldwide, we are expanding into the U.S. market with a focus on hybrid power plants, long term storage as well as hydrogen production for e-fuels and ammonia with an initial focus on Texas. We’re looking for a driven and passionate Business Development & Marketing manager to help us grow our presence in the energy sector.

Job Responsibility:

Build Relationships: Connect with key stakeholders such as energy companies, local governments, trade associations, and landowners to establish strong partnerships
Manage Development Projects: Work closely with our Country Manager and project teams to identify and manage site development for hybrid power plants, long-term storage solutions, and hydrogen production facilities
Identify Opportunities: Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and sector developments to spot new business opportunities
Coordinate with exceptional international teams: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to drive project development forward
Represent HDF Energy: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase our visibility and network in the market

Requirements:

Passionate about new industrial opportunities and land development
Autonomous and able to develop strategy and put it into practice
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S. and occasionally to France
Native English speaker (French is a bonus)
Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record
