Job Responsibility:
Leverage your existing network of Company Secretaries, Chairs, Directors and governance leaders to open high-quality conversations
Build and execute relationship-led go-to-market strategies across priority sectors
Take ownership of a revenue number and deliver consistent results
Cultivate deep understanding of governance priorities, board effectiveness challenges and regulatory expectations
Lead sophisticated sales conversations with senior stakeholders, positioning BoardOutlook as a trusted strategic partner
Drive pipeline creation, qualification and conversion with discipline and accuracy
Represent BoardOutlook at governance forums, conferences and industry events
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Client teams to shape how we engage senior board stakeholders
Develop high-quality proposals, presentations and pitch materials
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and ensure visibility of pipeline performance
Own a market segment and deliver growth against agreed targets
Build a repeatable approach to engaging FTSE-listed and large private organisations
Contribute thought leadership to help position BoardOutlook as the governance partner of choice
Establish yourself as a trusted commercial leader within the team
Requirements:
A strong, established network of Company Secretaries, governance leaders, Chairs and NEDs
Credibility and confidence engaging senior leaders and board members
Commercial acumen with experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering against targets
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, board dynamics and regulatory expectations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
Curiosity and a growth mindset, with enthusiasm to learn new technologies and AI tools
Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail
Experience working in or selling to large, complex organisations (FTSE or equivalent)
Degree or equivalent experience
