We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive SAP Licensing sales and contracts across the DACH region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning SAP licensing solutions to deliver measurable business value. This role combines strategic account development, contract management, and solution selling to support clients in optimizing their SAP environments.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a portfolio of Net-New Business accounts across the DACH region
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in SAP licensing and related services
Develop account strategies and lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
Advise clients on SAP licensing models, compliance, and optimization strategies
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive opportunities and ensure successful delivery
Participate in industry events, campaigns, and co-sell initiatives to generate leads and grow market presence
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in SAP sales, licensing, or enterprise software solutions
Proven track record in Net-New Business development and account management
Strong knowledge of SAP licensing, contracts, and compliance considerations
Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and ability to develop new territories
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build trusted advisor relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
