As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Ralecon, you will be a vital contributor to our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our digital marketing solutions in a compelling manner. You will leverage your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth and enhance our competitive position in the digital marketing landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Meet or exceed sales, lead conversion, and other performance targets
Identify and research potential clients through various channels
Develop and maintain a detailed sales pipeline in the CRM system
Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
Conduct in-depth assessments of client needs
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
Work closely with all internal teams
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Foster strong relationships with existing clients
Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients
Thoroughly prepare for client meetings
Attend industry conferences, networking events, and seminars
Ensure all formal communication with clients and internal stakeholders is conducted professionally via email
Consistently follow up with potential and existing clients
Actively solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders
Take initiative in self-directed learning
Contribute innovative ideas for optimising the sales process
Utilise Zoho Projects to manage and track assigned tasks
Propose strategic growth plans
Undertake any other tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
An MBA is a plus
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector
A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics
